Who is CUDRES

The Credit Union Discount Real Estate System was developed by A Home For Sale Realty (AHFSR) as a discount real estate program exclusively for credit unions and their members.

AHFSR is not your traditional real estate company. We are an independent consumer organization who has brought together the best of the best in the real estate industry.

Being an independent company, we are free to select only the best real estate agents in the industry from companies you know and trust.

To provide the CUDRES program in states where AHFSR is not directly licensed, we utilize the services of leading Realtors in local and regional real estate companies.

It is important to note that selected Realtors pay no fees or dues to become a member of the CUDRES network.

The Realtor is chosen strictly on merit and customer service skills.

CUDRES evaluates each Realtor's performance quarterly. A rigorous standard is applied and only the Realtors who have a favorable approval rating are allowed to continue in the CUDRES referral network. Members of CUDRES are all recognized as customer oriented companies.

As an independent consumer organization, CUDRES is able to provide you with your own representative. Your representative will act as both your advocate and assistant to guide you through the real estate process.

When called on, your representative will be available to solve problems, answer questions and help to insure your real estate experience is a pleasant one.

Your assigned representative observes the CUDRES Standard of Conduct which states, "The transaction is not over just because escrow closes... it's over only when the client is satisfied."
