20% Home Rebate

Instructions

CUDRES offers you the absolute best public source for finding available homes, anywhere in the U.S., with Realtor.com AND our own specially prepared database of available foreclosure properties throughout the United States.

Contact CUDRES First !!! Do Not Contact Agents Directly !!!

In order to receive your Home Rebate, it is essential that you not directly contact any agent through Realtor.com.  Why? Those agents typically work for the seller, not you!  And, you are only eligible for our rebate if CUDRES negotiates your rebate and arranges your showing with the listing agent.

How To Start

1)

Home Search: Follow the prompts in Realtor.com, and input the parameters of your search.  Be sure to "unclick" the box that provides you Realtor Assistance.  Your search will bring you to photos of homes.  Of those you are interested in seeing, select the "View Details" prompt.

Foreclosure Search: Click the button above, and follow the prompts on our Foreclosure Page to the leftYour search will bring you to listings of available foreclosures.

3)

Scroll down in this frame, and set the frame for you to record the information we need.  For your convenience, as you move through the pages in Realtor.com and our Foreclosure Page, the side frame will remain stationary.

4)

Record the City, State, and MLS # of each home you are interested in the form below.  Do the same for Foreclosure Numbers, but place an "F" before the number to designate it as a Foreclosure.

5)

Complete the form by providing your contact information, then submit it.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your submission, CUDRES staff will find an agent in that area who will be interested in showing you those properties. As soon as we do, we will notify you with the agent's contact information.  You can meet with them and start your home shopping adventure.  It's that simple.

New Construction

Did you know when you walk into a builder's office or onsite trailer without a Realtor, the builder's salesperson receives the whole commission AND represents the seller exclusively?

On the other hand, if you use a Realtor, because they represent Your interests exclusively, very often they can negotiate a better deal for you.  Plus, you'll have that representation at no cost to you because the salesperson will have to split their commission with your agent.

Our agents have represented thousands of clients purchasing new construction from the top builders in the country, as well as local contractors. Let us find your agent for you. You'll be glad you did.
