union managers, no one has said no to the program yet. And why would

"I really wasn’t planning to sell my home at the
time I bought into the program. But, it was such a great deal I thought I
would try it out. I called them up and at my convenience, a licensed agent
came out to my home. I listed my home on Saturday. By Monday I had people
coming to see it, and in less than 10 days I had a contract. The quality
service I got was equaled to the great discount I received compared to a
traditional Realtor. I listed my home for $150,000, and normally would have
paid a 6% commission, or $9,000. Instead, I listed with the credit union’s
discount real estate broker and only paid 4%, or $6,000. I actually saved

for using a service I would have used anyway – a professional Realtor – I
got back as a seller-paid buyer credit at closing $1,680. No one else offers
anything to the buyers, and it helped pay attorney’s fees and other closing
costs.
As a consumer, I walked away from the dual transaction
of selling my old home and buying another, with an extra $4,680 in pocket,
as a credit union official, I felt ecstatic that I can offer this same great
